i envisioned a macabre painting made of mostly greyish blues and greens of a character holding a pipe the same way someone would hold a gun to themselves. this character would have an eyes-wide-open gaze as though he's just seen the other side, as though he's just seen god. behind him, his metabrain would be splattered all over the walls in parallel with the theme. vibrant colors with defined and undefined shapes and lines.

but i can't paint. i haven't even held a paint brush since i was a child. i think it's time to change that. Smile

in the mean time, i went looking to see if anyone had done anything similar. i wanted to share some of what i found.

Wow amazing stuff. Swim wishes he could translate spice visions to paper but he isn't that lucky.

I know envy is a terrible thing, but I look at my hands and yearn to know the finesse of an artist. Very happy There is much to learn!

Too true! I took a drawing class a couple of years ago and loved it; always put it off, now that I don't have assignments. Thanks for inspiration dankh!
