Seems like a good thing to add to a healthy lifestyle such as the one our persecuted community advocates.

Cheers and good health to all nexians.

Broccoliprouts are a superfood indeed, but don't eat them every day. The sulphorafane accumulates in the blood (for a couple of days) and slows down the thyroid. So eating too much can mess up your metabolism pretty bad.

I was introduced to broccoli sprouts and sulforaphane by Dr. Rhonda Patrick, she was on the JRE podcast. Shes into health, longevity, aging, etc..! Apparently, sulforaphane is really good and beneficial. Smile

"Sulforaphane (suphoraphane?)
You do great things inside my brain
I once was mad as mad can be
But now I'm sane - thanks, broccoli!"

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."
― Jacques Bergier, quoting Fulcanelli
