So a little chance discovery today...

I mixed 300mg goo with 300mg harmalas in 6ml 90% ethanol, then mixed with 300mg leaf and set to dry on a bench under a light fan, stirring a couple of times. The solvent evapped and made a goo ring around the drying leaf as usual. I put the leaf in another bowl and then washed the first container in 1ml of ethanol and dropped the leaf back in, mixed it, and left to dry under the fan. Then did the same thing again.

My objective was to get every bit of alkaloid off the dish on the leaf, which was a success.

When it dried the 3rd time I was surprised. It was completely dry.

There were no lumps of goo or hot spots, no sticky changa. It was crispy dry like with xtal blends.
