I found this description for item:
Syrian Rue 10:1 extract - 3g - Peganum harmala
10 grams of peganum harmala seeds is 3 gram of Peganum 10:1 extract.

For this don't seems correct if it is 10x extract doesent that meen that 1gr extract = 10gr seeds?

You're better off using freebased Rue, Caapi or purified or isolated Harmala extracts, or even HCL extracts, over 10x Rue extract. A lot of people don't have good results with 10x extracts from what i've read.

And what about capi 30:1 extract

Not sure, i haven't used those kinds of extracts but if it's properly done it should work, but imo it's definitely better to go with the freebase or HCL extracts over a concentrated extract.

Hey friends,I realy don't want tk go deep in this.I want to skip the nausea and perform extraction of 100gr syrian rue seeds.As I read I need to boil/filter the solution in vinager/warer,after that out sall and put it in the fridge.But I see some folks basyfi base the solution and after filter they disolve base again.Can I skip this base prosec and get nice .hcl for oral use?I am not seeking separate ghe harmine and harmaline ornlab quality pure consentrat.I want just to reach consentrate when ~150mg will give enaugh MAOi effect and won't cause any nause.

What about using normal iodine salt.I am not shure if I can find rock salt.

Iodine salt is fine, they use 60-80mg/kg iodine in salt and it's water soluble

If we use 200g salt then there is 12-16mg, and if you get like 2g harmalas then it will be like 1.2-1.6mg/dose at worst case, but in reality iodine is water soluble so it will be much much less than that and the iodine poisoning is >1.1mg/day so i believe it's safe to use iodine salt

I used that in the tek and had no problems dosing

What do u mean by iodine ks water soluble so it will be mutch less?Why?U mean not all iodine go to the extract?Also if I think go for 4gr rue equivalent extract the dose should raise.

When doing manske the crystals crash out and you filter them and discard the water. So since iodine is water soluble then it will go away with the filtered water..

I was describing the worst case scenario if the iodine is not soluble at all in water but in fact the opposite is true, as i said the iodine is soluble, and since the volume was 1.5 littre or more the iodine is spread in it, so let's say 20mg(>12-16) iodine/1.5L = 0.0133mg/ml
After you filter the crystals and press the water out, very few mls of water will stay that you will dry later. So let's assume 10ml of water stayed so that's 0.133mg iodine per total amount of harmalas you extract

So no matter how much you will take you won't be taking more than 0.133mg which is less than 1.1mg

Why i didn't do these calculations before is that they are not precise but i assure you it is safe
