Hi!
I want to tell about my personal riddle. Maybe you have some ideas, so i can solve it Big grin
To explain a little bit....4 days ago i smoked some spice...i tried to relax myself with some meditation before.
Then i hit it and let it happen....with closed eyes and no music...it was like, i was blew through a cannon into a colorful tube...but then i could not move further anymore. It wasn`t a bad feeling or something...i just couldn`t move further. I was holding on on some thought.... don`t know what thought anymore...something simple like.."ok dont forget to relax" Smile So i took a deep breathe an relaxed myself. A colorful explosion happened and i thought it goes on now...but then another thought came up. Can`t remember what it was. So i still got stuck. Then i heard something telling me, maybe my own inner voice, maybe some other "how can we show you something miraculous, if you still hang on this mortal thoughts"Confused This makes sense to me, and i thought ok i learned my lesson, next time i fly through this tube without a stopVery happy

So today i started my journey from my bed, to fly through the tube or whatever will happen to me.
But this time there was no tube, just again some thought....but this thought dind´t make any sense to me. I think in words...but the words aren`t words anymore. They are mixed up and senseless. But i cant let them go!!! Thumbs down
I can handle it during the trip... i mean it doesnt make me nervous or scares me...but i want to go furtherVery happy
This time it was like...."ah ok....this senseless thought thing again, this your stop, try it next time!"

What do you think about it? What would you do in this situation?

I'd prescribe daily meditation Very happy

Silencing left brain mind chatter to enter deeper states of consciousness has been a part of ancient traditions for thousands of years. I'm sure we've all struggled with this sort of thing. Luckily many things help with it. I find vocalizations/chants/OM/etc. to be among the most useful.

What uni said, or at least some sort of thought clearing exercise right before you blast off.

Sit down where your going to journey and listen to your breathing and try to clear any intrusive brain banter from your mind. Observe observe observe. Pay attention to the length of your breathing, how deep your breathing, the tone of each breath ect. Then keep that mindset and grab your launch device and only focus on the mechanics actions of vaporizing your dmt. Hold it in and keep your brain on observe mode.

Takes some practice but you'll get it down. Helps with the anxiety of dosing as well. Good luck!

I had several experiences where i was stopping down the experience with my thoughts/analyzing.
I also had in all those instances a voice/voices saying to me to relax, to concentrate on breathing and just be....to observe. But that was also on lover doses between 15-25mg. On higher doses i just get overwhelmed and usually there is no time to think and i am blasted straight into it.
So yeah i chime in on universecannon and anrchy to get in observation mode and concentrate on your breath. I think as long as you are going for it you will eventually come up with what work best for you.Thumbs up

I dont have much experience with meditation, just trying to relax and listen to my breath, but nothing with system.

Does somebody have some recommendations for a beginner?

My advice to beginners is always just lay on your back on the floor in the dark (make sure your comfortable, warm, not distracted) and just focus on deep breathing. Let it ramp up naturally. When you feel comfortable, sounds may come out. Follow you instinct and find your vibration(s) they will make your whole body come alive when you have them.

Doing this in a psychedelic afterglow or comedown can be a shortcut, but it won't change the end result I think. Your vibration is within you.

PS it's already been noted that your experience seems like a sub-breakthrough dosage, I agree with that perspective. Be safe and comfortable in all your work!

Puuhh....

Yesterday i smoked some changa (1to1 50% 10x Caapi, 25% blue lotus, 25% mint).
The days before my dosage was 60 mg and i had the experiences i described previously.
Yesterday i did some meditation in my bed

exactly this happened to me, in some kind my body came so alive that i started to sweat a little bit in the beginning of the meditationBig grin Thanks for the hint !

I smoked the first 80mg through my bong....i was still nervous before.
Had a nice feeling, but still similar to the 60 mg dosage. But definitely enjoyed it!
I relaxed some more in my bed, let the thoughts flow,listened to music and tried another 80 mg.
It was better then the first hit, because i wasn`t that nervous anymore. But still similar to the other hits. Also i could observe myself, that after the hit i directly close my eyes and lay down, like a little kid waiting for the explosion of a firecrackerBig grin that isn`t really relaxed i thought.
So i relaxed 30 minutes and thought about a third and last hit with 80mg without music. And with the thought to let it more happen before i close my eyes.

The beginning was pretty intense, i lay on the side and was staring like when i am lost in thoughts. Didn`d realize at the beginning. I saw myself through several levels, again and again and was pretty fascinated of it. Then felt a tear on my face (because i laid on the side, staring without blinking) and everything went very strange. First bad thought came up to me "fuck, was this one hit too much?", "did you toasted your brain?". This thought triggered fear in me. My head felt sooooo fucking hot at this moment! Poah! Then my heart started do beat very fast, never heard it beating so fast. Panic in me! My vision a little bit blurry (Right now i think, i didn`t had my glasses onConfused ) Bad feeling! So i started to breathe very slowly, try to come down and relax. And thank god it worked very well. But that was a hard lesson for me...

When i smoked some changa with a friend, i also had my most intensive experience after my 3th hit.
Is it too much for my brain to smoke it 3 or 4 times in more or less 2 hours? Do i toast my brain? Surprised
I also have some headache today...and read in the changa subforum some similar experiences Burning from inside I am little bit scared nowWut?
Or did there maybe some hotspot shit in my changa happen ?
For me it felt like, i didn`t use it wisely this time and the changa slapped me in my face for this!
