Hello nexus members! I am here today to bring valuable needed info to those into healthy and organic lifestyles. It is surprising to know who owns your favorite organic food brands. This is important on so many levels.

Take into consideration the companies you thought you had gotten away from by switching to organics you may still be supporting! Like Pepsi owns naked, or coca cola owns honest tea and odwalla, or Dean foods owns silk, horizon, and white wave. A lot of the time the original company was started with a vision but that's all let go when they are bought out by a mega corp. Half the products in a whole foods drives mega businesses.

This is alarming because the reason we health conscious people buy organic is because its clean and clean for the earth. These mega corps are trying to dupe us into buying their false organic philosophically unorganic products. They then take their proceeds from organic product lines they own and funnel profits behind the scenes to defeat the labeling of GMO ingredients. This defeats the purpose of why we switched to organic in the first place!

I won't ramble much more but I'll let this reading explain more. Also check out the organic consumers association website for more related info. Peace

Thanks for posting, this is very important information, we all should keep this image on our phone and refer to it when we visit the market.

This is good reminder that supermarkets should be our final choice behind growing our own, purchasing from local farms and farmers markets and the smaller local independent grocers.

Your dollars make a difference, please vote wisely with them. Thumbs up
