Some prose:

The energy comes out in a field constantly, like a magnetic field, it pulses with each thought and pulses back with perception itself, of all sorts.

This singular field state is as an ocean, and the pulses are as waves, but it manifests as a continuous spectrum on all levels in the four dimensions, singularity, duality, juxtaposition and temporal/spatial.

What we perceive via sense is limited in dimensionality, in terms of the physical, yet aspects of mind can perceive singularity and also employ or involve it. In this way thought evokes not unlike action itself, likewise will and intention both evoke or manifest in this manner.

In terms of practice methods are used to focus intention, will and thought together, even with a physical sensation, thus focusing and directing the whole of a being towards the aim, be it voluntary or involuntary.

Thus will is achieved and attained, in coordination with action, and existence itself bounces, returns or reflects this back in the form of events.

This requires, or ideally should require responsible direction of will, though there is a self limiting quality to this that holds the person accountable by way of the reflection of self back at self by all.

This is not a matter of consciousness, but rather involves aspects of mind and self on all scales, hence thought alone is inadequate for this purpose alone, despite being itself very powerful.

This practice takes many forms and is known by many names. The energy follows will/mind. Thought, will, intent, posture and action all work together constantly in this manner, but can be purposefully directed in terms of practice. Hence the title of this thread.

This has been my experience.
