I have been reading about the amino acid Tryptophan and the function in the body. I came across some interesting information stating that it has an effect on mood (depression) and that someone with lactose intolerance has more difficulty absorbing it in the body.

Does anybody know more about this and what this means in connection with using dmt?

Good sources would be appreciated too.

Many people that are lactose intolerant are fine with unpasturized diary due to enzymes still intact that help digest the lactose.
Long live the unwoke.
