Today SWIM and I decided to take some DMT fumerate. The fumerate we made was completed about two months ago. We derived the fumerate with some freease that we exrtacted using a straight to base extraction. We normally take 120mg of powdered Harmaline and thirty minutes later we take 140mg of DMT fumerate. Every experience we have had in the past has been very much like a cool mushroom trip with two peaks and a lasting duration of 4 to 5 hours. This time SWIM suggested we bump up the harmaline to 160mg and stick with the 140mg DMT fumerate. The increase in Harmaline is the only difference in the experiment. Here is what happened:
After 12 minutes of consuming the DMT fumerate SWIM said, "Oh man! I'm already feeling it." I thought maybe this was just in his mind but only five minutes later I started feeling it come on like a freight train. I turned my head to the right and then back to the left and everything in the room moved. I looked over at SWIM and he said, "I can't turn it off." He looked completely locked in a fixed gaze and I asked him, "Are you O.K.?" He could only say, "Oh man..." I got a little worried about him at this point and said, "It has never been like this before." Within two minutes I was completely blasted into hyperspace. The visuals were unlike any freebase I have ever done. My entire body felt like rubber and everything in the room was changing. At this point I moved to the floor and stretched out on my stomache. Trying to explain this is like trying to explain an optical illusion to a blind man. My lungs felt as though they were filled with cotton candy and I was halucinating bad. I felt like puking, but I couldn't even find the motor skills needed to accomplish this task. Only air came out followed by bunny rabbits that hopped away as they hit the floor. SWIMS girlfriends purse turned into a cat and everything in the room started pulsating. For about fifteen minutes I didn't know if I was dead or not. SWIM was having similiar experiences and his girlfriend was getting worried. He asked her to leave him alone and she got a little mad and was arguing with him. I don't know how he was even able to communicate with her. Even though they were arguing I was happy to hear thier voices. I was like Alice in Wonderland and the rabbit hole was getting deeper. I told myself to calm down and try to enjoy the visuals. It was so strong that I couldn't and was scared that I would spend the rest of my life in this state searching for the blue pill that would bring me back to the normal world. I sat up and told myself that I was stronger than it and could control it. I was so cold even though the room was very warm. I spoke to SWIM and the engaging of conversation helped me. This lasted for about 45 minutes and it was gone as fast as it came on. We both came back to base line at the same time. It wasn't over by any means but the visuals were now gone and the rabbit hole let me go. SWIM said, "I don't know why that was different but wave two will proabably be worse." I told him there is no way that it could get any worse than that. got some water and watched some TV and just chilled. For about 5 more hours it was just like it has been in the past (i.e. mellow mushroom trip).
We started trying to figure out why this came on so fast and so much stronger than any freebase we ever done. As I mentioned before the only difference was the dosage of harmaline. Can anyone answer the following questions to assist us:
Do you think the higher dose of harmaline was responsible for the effects?
If the fumerate sits in capsules for some time does it gain strength?
Any advice on the experience would be greatly appreciated. I like doing this but I want to try to ensure we are safe and have a healthy understanding and respect for the power of this wonderful molecule. Thank you for your time.
