I decided that tonight was the night that I'd get myself a breakthrough. Having spoken to various people about breaking through many said to put some extra spice in the pipe and then hit it up in 1 go. So I did load my pipe up with some serious spice. Way toooo much spice as far as I'm concerned.

After loading my pipe I made myself a cup of tea for after the landing, sat down on the couch and took a few moments to calm myself down. I put my lighter in "locked" mode, heated up the pipe and as the DMT began to melt I slowly started to inhale the vapours. A slight burn in my lungs as I adjusted to the vapours entering my lungs. I noticed that I had a good lung full, extinguished my lighter and put the pipe on the table. As I saw my room turn into the what I call "waiting room" I noticed that it vibrated all around. Next thing I know, I had a full grasp of the whole idea on consciousness, time and how it all trickled down to just 1 single point. Hard to explain. Next thing I knew I suddenly noticed that everything smelled incredibly sour. Everything warps like crazy, colours shifting insanely front and back and I'm unable to follow.

As I slowly reintegrate into my body I realized that I'm smelling vomit. As I move I feel a thick layer of rice covering my chest and pants. I open my eyes, I can't see anything because my glasses are no longer on my head. I managed to make it to my bathroom, get rid of the mouthful of rice/vomit mixture, wash my hands and regain myself. As I walk back to pick up my glasses and assess the situation I'm shocked. I've managed to propel the contents of my stomach three meters away from my head, covering my entire couch(luckily it's leather), myself, the floor and part of my coffee table. I check my phone and see that 30 minutes have passed.

I used WAY too much spice. The trip was intense, it was beautiful and beyond comprehension, but I clearly need to weigh out my spice carefully next time. Because waking up like this is scary because I was very afraid I accidentally could've burned myself until I realized that I had plenty of time to turn off the lighter and put both the pipe and it away.

Now that I've landed I can sort of pinpoint the moment in time where I've vomitted all over myself and that is towards what seems the end of the trip. This was a very wise lesson. It was beautiful, but the stench is terrible.

Yikes ehm...

Sounds like you got this one for next time anyway Pleased

So you must have had some form of psychedelic blackout maybe?

Its a good job that from your report at least you seemed pretty calm.

Just... Never use too much spice. That phrase alone is just asking for it.

Psychedelic blackout is pretty much the only explanation I can give to it. The experience was INTENSE, it was great. I absolutely experienced eternal bliss combined with my half digested dinner covering me. I'll try to reconstruct tomorrow evening how much I dropped in my pipe by eyeballing the bump and measuring it, but I wouldn't be surprised if I stuffed 80mg in it. And by the looks of it, I managed to vaporize about 85% to 90% of the contents of the pipe.

I got overconfident and assumed on previous experiences that I'd probably never be able to vape a large quantity from the bowl. I'll lay off the spice for the rest of the week as I'll process my experience and next time I wanna fly, I'll be a good boy and properly measure out 40mgs.

Haha sounds like a crazy vomit experience. I had a friend who when he smoked dmt for his first time puked all over himself exactly the way you did only halfway through his trip his grandpa who had forgotten his fishing license came back into the house yelling "I'mmmm hoooooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmme!!!. Luckily he left right after and didn't find his hallucinating puke covered grandson.

Consider yourself lucky. Vomitting while not being conscious could be quite dangerous. You could have choked in your own vomit. No matter how experienced you are, a sitter for safety is a precious thing.

wow that sounds really intense, and to not know you had vomited is a bit scary.Shocked

but what sounds even scarier/and dangerous is a torch lighter that stays burning until you turn it off!
(i can easily see this becoming a real hazard)

It was. Luckily enough my body was alert enough for me to sit up. I regained consciousness in a totally different posture than I started in. So my body did actually respond to the vomiting.

Yes, I had trouble with my lighter when I was smoking. I've replaced it with a regular torch lighter that can't be stuck in the on position. Too dangerous having something around that can stay on for the full trip.

I've learned a rather wise lesson from this. Unfortunately, I just noticed that the puke crept down the cushions of my couch. So that means I'll have to pull/push away the large cushions on which one sits, hold it out of the way and clean. Nearly every time I take a psychedelic the outcome is a wise lesson. Either a mental one(like I had on LSD) or something like this.

Freaky stuff, no doubt, as Poekus said, be careful! This is how alot of "users" die, they end of completely incapacitated, drowning in their own vomit, seems like quite a horrible way to go.

However I'm finding most posts about peoples first breakthroughs to be quite irresponsable, people seem to have a tendency to "eyeball" mg dosages, which frankly sounds insane to me.

Be respectful of the substance and if you choose to continue using spice take better care of yourself!
I'm saying all this to help you and I would also recommend you to try have a sitter if you already haven't.

I know I several times during my first intense trip thought that I had stopped breathing but then realised that my sitter would obviously had intervened if that was the case.

Best of luck, take care.
Mad, bad and dangerous to know.

There's magic out there!

You reached for the secret too soon... You cry for the moon... Wink

Sounds like you got a proper dose, not too much of one. Try not to burn the spice next time... doing so can be very very hard on the body, as you experienced.

I mentioned earlier (though I doubt you read my drug-fueled wall of a post), you may want to try launching from a meditative trance. This tends to make the ride to hyperspace smoother and you needn't up your dose so much to get there.

The lighter lock sounds scary. I use a bic with my pipe and it's good to know that if I drop my lighter, it'll go out immediately.

Don't take the technicolor yawn personally. This is the strangest stuff on earth, after all. Weird things happen.
