Was suggested this by a friend and thought I'd share. Very interesting to see a judge who used to be in high power go against the war on drugs. Finally some intelligence in the legal system.

Nice to see a smart judge who thinks with his own brain, istead of the government's brain.

Finally somebody with a reputation for Law and Justice is trying to do something to better the situation on the war on drugs. This video really does need to go viral and I hope it opens the eyes of many narrow minded folk the world over..

Why can't more rational people be in government?

Tooooo troooo.

Great video, thanks for sharing. He puts together such a concise and clear portrait of how patently ridiculous it is that we're still fighting this war. What he said at the end is absolutely right - when pot prohibition ends, or drug prohibition in general, society's going to look back at the decades we've been fighting this war with total astonishment that we could be so absurdly stubborn.

It's people like him that need to be the figure heads against the war on drugs. Rational, respected members of the community. Especially ones that aren't users themselves. You could argue with a pothead all day about it. Try arguing against this guy! You'll lose 11 times out of 10.
