BIOASSAY[/u]
Substance(s) : NN-DMT Fumerate
Dose(s): 10MG SPICE weighed 3 times, 30MG HARMALINE eyeballed
Method of administration: Dissolved 10mg of fumerate into 5 ml of boiling water, let it cool and squirted it up my nose with a pippette.
EFFECTSAdministration time: T= +0:03 Started smoking the harmaline on a bowl of MJ
Duration: 0:30 hours
First effects: +0:01 A burning sensation went right down my throat, I'd thought of posts I'd read about it feeling likes its eating away the back of your throat. +0:05 I feel no effects other than the burn, i hope my harmalas kick in and make this worthwhile. +0:10 Mild CEVs noticed when meditating, not unlike ive experienced without spice. no OEVs whatsoever. I may have had some increased thought clarity
Peak: +0:10 - +0:20 This really reminds me of some good changa doses ive done, i experienced mild/medium CEVs, good enough to make it worthwhile, i was able to explain the CEVs to my girlfriend without effecting the intensity of them. I can still feel the burn and am thinking it isnt as bad for me as some people indicated in posts id read previous, but still is uncomfortable.
Come down: +0:30 My girlfriend wakes me up wanting to get a sundae from Mickey Dees, i awaken abruptly and experienced the CEVs i was seeing with eyes open for about 7 seconds.
Baseline: +0:31 On my way to McDonalds to get a Frappe, able to drive with no problem.
Intensity (overall): 2/4
Evaluation / notes: Next time ill smoke harmalas in advance, and up the spice dose to around 15-20 mg. The burn wasnt that bad, i think i may be able to add twice the ammount of spice with the same amount of water, and the burn not increase in intensity.
OPTIONALPleasantness: 2/4
Implesantness: 2/4 (only due to the burn)
Visual Intensity: 2/4

Hangover: 0
Afterglow: 0
REPORTOnce i insufflated the spice, i couldnt really notice it take effect until 5 minutes had passed. This trip reminded me a lot of the latter stages of some of the changa doses id done. CEVs werent that great compared to previous ones. i WILL DEFINATELY be rying this again, maybe double the dose and do some harmaline before. This was just a test, i was just trying to get a little spice in my nose to open up the flood gates

I would recommend insufflating this way to anyone thats been wanting to do it, THE BURN ISNT THAT BAD!
