In the last 5 or so years of hunting for wild psilocybe i had never seen this!

Haha, that's amazing!! What species is this? I take it for granted that the area isn't usually covered in water, but is flooded due to high rainfall or something. Correct? If not, I think I have to see if I'm sleeping or not...

Correct, this area has been flooded...
Admittedly this is the same patch from the thread 'Psilocybe Season Australia' which is the only place i have found any of our friends as of yet, this season.
Beautiful mushrooms though, think we came to the conclusion that they are P. Eucalypta(P. Subaeruginosa)

so.... would the water soak decrease potency? I would think so, as stated.... they have already been used in a weak mother nature tea.
