A girl I know told me she tried a sub-breakthrough amount, with glass pipe, and obtained usual escher-like, acrylic colored mandalas, but also glimpses of entities and structures usually found in Hyperspace: a "cosmic baphomet", not too different from a popular entity art seen in the web (possibily conditioning the vision), later transforming in a female multi armed or multi tentacled deity. The entity was seen as being an extremely far, enormous thing – not differently from how we perceive the stars in a normal state. The entity was clear enough, still it did not have substantiality – the girl was conscious, had open eye awareness of the surrounding and "saw" the entity only with closed eyes. Later on, after a wind of closed-eye perception of planetar landscapes (not unlike certain sci-fi art popular in the early eighties) she experienced a room, sort of study-control room of some spacecraft or futuristic lab, where organic beings or bodyparts were kept into huge crystals (maybe: the crystals were clear while the content might have been a product of suggestion – "Alien" series imagery comes clearly to mind).
The interesting thing, she said, was the fact that with non-breakthrough amounts of spice she always had only geometrical/fractaloid CEV; even with liminal non-bt amounts, which produced geo/fract OEV and evident presence of the aum subsound, she never experienced such thematized visions.
