No and I would not reccomend it. Nightshades are very dangerous plants to work with and the fact that someone would even need to come here to ask about it is a red light IMO signifying that they dont know enough about it to even think about touching it. For that reason we are trying to discourage the discussion of these plants here. I personally have nothing against the traditional use of these plants, they play an extremely important role in the history of magic whos use predates written history all around the globe, but they are extremely dangerous plants and as such, the topic of ingesting tropane containing nightshades is something that wont be discussed here. There are other forums where you will find people with much much more experience with these plants than anyone here anyway, such as traditional witchcraft forums.
