Hello everyone.
SWIM is planning his first dmt session, he wants to use the cold water extraction method for MHRB. What quantity of rb would you suggest to a 73kg person?

if i understand you correctly.
For your first extrac keep it simple.
Use 100g MHRB and do whatever extrac tek you favour. this will give you plenty spice to play with for a few experiments if done correctly.
Best go with an a/b I think, far better results from what I read.
Good luck with it.

Thanks. For extraction, i want to use this one, the water soaking method, as far as i read this seems the safest as there's no MAOI needed either, if I'm correct.
I just want the quantity for a first single session. I want to know the spice, and also the spice to know me. Then we can think about what's next Smile
And i decided that my first session would be by oral administration.

OneAllOne, it seems there arent much people that tried CWE here.. The researcher Ott talks about 25g mimosa being soaked, I've read in other forums people saying more like 40g or so.. I would do maybe two room temp soaks of 25g of mimosa and (try to) drink that, see if anything happens. Dont forget to let us know how it went!

(btw, check the information/general discussion subforum, there is a thread on dosages there)

Good luck!!

25 in the fridge. should be ready for use for the SHE Smile

edit: should put the rest 25 in soaked in the fridge, in another jar, in case, more effect/duration would be needed/liked?

OK. SWIM tried the cold water soaked MHRB. 25g soaked for 1-2 hours in 125ml of cold water, strained, then soaked again in another 125ml of cold water, then strained again. After 15-20 minutes From drinking the "tea", SWIM couldn't keep it anymore and had to vomit, probably because of the acidity created when the gastric acid started working, there was a bit of nausea too. No effects whatsoever, besides a slight buzz, MJ like, for a couple of hours. SWIM will try a larger quantity, when more material will be at hand. Next try will be the Dagger's Percolator, but with MAOI this time. Any advice on getting rid of the "sick" moments?

Are you going to be extracting or orally taking again.

Hopefully will extract, but SWIM needs to get hiers hands on some chems and equipment first. That dodgy stomach won't let us learn Smile Alternatives needed. SWIM'll read and study more until the next time.
