hiya.. i have a package of 10x extrcat harmala.. its purpose is to give me a more powerful smoked dmt trip.. but i dont know how much to use, ive never used it before.. what would be a good test dosage? i honestly have no idea, erowid doesnt have much on the subject.. how much would i dose if i just wanted to use the harmala alone? any help would be appreciated.. thanks for your time guys Smile

3 grams is a typical dose of syrian rue. if the extract is 10x, 300mg would be a good place to start dosing. of course this varies. if you already know which dose of rue works best for you just divide that by 10.

ive never used rue whatsoever.. i know its some powerful stuff though, so i figured i would ask experienced folks before i did something stupid to myself Razz

Hard to say how is made that x10 extract. What means x10 ? Harmalin is quite easy to 'extract' from Rue. SWIM know that 150 mg of a rather impure extract is already potent so if that X10 is more potent... 300 mg might be too much for a first test. I would rather test 100 mg at first.
