I think there was a problem with a tek. SWIM did the lazy man's tek with 200g MHRB which was evaporated to make a white/yellow precipitate on the bottom. Problem was when SWIM freebased it then it only gave him a light buzz until the last 2% of extraction which would make him only get into the color. What's happening? SWIM smoked 500mg due to frustration but it felt more like 20mg and wouldnt even help him break through or blast off...

Please describe exactly what you did and somebody may help you. You did not discard any of the by-products, did you?

Nope which is confusing. SWIM used 200g MHRB soaked in 300g lye mixed into 1 liter of water. Set aside for 2 hours, then mixed with 50 ml naptha for 30 minutes and then extracted and evaporated over 2 days. Looked to have white/yellow final product which was furthur freebased. The odd thing was that when freebased then it was like inhaling flavored smoke with no effect until there was basically nothing left, then it had less than the desired effect.

I believe, with that much lye you may have extracted a lot of inactive substances. By evaporating, not freeze-precipitaing, you have kept them all in the final product, so that is one possible reason it was very weak.

Was your mhrb powdered? If not, then 2 hour may be not enough.

You need 3 pulls at least. More smaller pulls are even better.

2 days is way too long for evaporation. Place your naphta under a fan and 50 ml will be gone in an hour or less.

How did your product look? Did you notice small fluffy crystals in it? If not, then it is quite likely there was very little spice in it.

Do 3-5 more 50 ml pulls. Reduce total volume to ~50 ml and proceed with freeze-precip. You may try a re-x to further clean your product. You should get at least 1 g of top quality spice.

When vaporized your product should smell like burning plastic, it should leave a distinct burning/numb feeling on your lips, your throat may feel a bit sore.

thanks for the advice, still getting used to this Smile

I'll do more extractions and freeze it for 3 days next time. Thanks for the advice!
