The mu was consumed and the energy body warmed up via moosing (my own variety of psychadelic stretches - fixes thermo-regulatory system, aids circulation etc... then the appropriate body postition was assumed for visions.

Very quickly i became aware of my heart - and there was something wrong with it, a pain or discomfort - i notified the other tripping unit of this - in the form of a semi-incohearant babble - surfacing from the blanketed couch.

I decided to do something about it - call my sky brothers for help - then i felt a change - the room got electric - i felt like i was being pushed down - then held down by my chest - as if i was being gripped like a snake by an eagle.

My sky brothers were strikingly egyptian in form - eagle headed with human like bodies - and flight ability.

My sky brother ripped out my energy heart with his claws - i felt an enormous suction and a tingling pain almost - like i had just got the wind sucked out of me.
i saw 4 entities in total - they passed my heart around - i was kinda expecting it back - i got concerned - then looked into ones eyes for a sign of their intentions.
The one closest to me dipped his head slightly and half closed his eyes - that was signal enough for me to feel comfort again.

I realized that they had come - as an eagle taking out a bunny - to take the negativity from my chest - i thanked them.

This was my second psychadelic operation - first time a very long fingered shaman worked on my lungs thru my skin.


This experience brought up a few questions about ones light body.

does one create a self image in visions and then see that object play out scenes - or does one have an actual light body that requires attention as a human body does.
Ones conciousness - is a single viewpoint - we just complicate things - many times my light body has been obliterated - i have always been fine - but when i need to work on myself - i create it - then work on it.

guess its just a system like anything else - one has to remain flexable - its amazing how many ppl go with what they read rather than what they directly experience - i used to do that - i made almost no progress - now im happy.

I also realized - i need to be in the air somehow - i think i need to buy a glider.
