So I gave a friend a pot of changa...

It turns out she gets very bad effects from wine/tea etc. due to their tannin content, so we are wondering whether caapi leaf changa will present a problem. My friend smokes a fair amount of tobacco which also contains tannins without issue.

If she smokes tobbacco with no problem then I see no reason why she should have any negative effects from it.

But like all things new, start low.

Thanks for the reply!

By the thank you message I just got from my friend I am guessing that the changa wasn’t problematic Smile
