First I would like to thank each and every one of you who have posted your experiences.  I am in kindergarten and need some guidance.  I am a 55 year old female with a stressful existence. I have read all the post and researched microdosing aya but continue to have a lot of questions about preparation for a simple tea.
Some history on myself:  I have only smoked marijuana (a long time ago).  The only medication I take is evening primrose oil for menopause.
