Hey mate, I just did my first ever extraction on ACRB using the same tek and ran into a very similar issue. I am by no means experienced, but have done a lot of reading and with the help of a few forum members was able to yield pretty much pure white fluffy spice.
After my first freeze precip I dumped the naptha and propped my dish against a wall so the fan was blowing directly into the dish (on high). Underneath my crystals was a translucent layer of goo (which became stickier the longer I dried it), for the first hour the crystals on the bottom of the dish looked like the ones you posted in the pic (starting to re-dissolve into the goo). After leaving in front of the fan for 4-5 hours the goo thickened up a lot and the crystals became much more pronounced. At this stage I scraped it as best I could, leaving me with slightly yellowy/beige lumps of crystalline wax. I then did a re-x on the wax leaving a thick yellow oil in the bottom of my container, mind you this goo looked 100% translucent in the precip dish just as yours does. When I did my second freeze precip I was left with fluffy white crystals with a couple of small lumps caused by a tiny ammount of this residual plant fat/nmt/whatever.
I seriously doubt this is caused by moisture if it is the same issue I ran into. These impurities must be removed and simply re-dissolving and precipitating will end in the same result.
Anyways best of luck buddy, I hope this is helpfull
