Hi there!

I have banisteriopsis caapi yellow paste, and Acacia Confusa shredded.

My method is as follows. Wondered if someone could tell me where I’m going wrong.

I have been using 25g Acacia confusa bark per boil. I would add the 25g bark to a pot (stainless steel)
And add water, light simmering boil, not too high. If the water was too low, I’d add some more water. I’d do this for an hour
Then separate the water into a difference container and add fresh water to the boiling pot and bark. I’d do this 4 times, ( 4 hours) I believe this is called extracting?
Then I would add all the remaining water into the same pot again with the bark and then boil the water down so it was more concentrated and I wouldn’t have to drink as much.
From my understanding, I would need to drink 1g of the caapi paste (as it’s 30x caapi) per 5g of the Acacia confusa. So 1/5 of the Acacia confusa brew.

For the caapi, I’m just boiling the kettle and adding 1g to the water and dissolving.

I’ve been drinking the caapi first, wating 10-15 mins and then drinking the Acacia confusa brew.

Is this correct? I’ve done this twice now and have had no experience or trip.

People might suggest getting difference plants, but I have a substantial amount of both and want to make it work with my current plants.. Thanks guy!
