It could distinguish a Sativa from an Indica.

how many different plants have you tried to identify?
if the optical technologies will get better and better you could simply do botanical or entomological tasks very easy and may without doing any harm!
would be very great for people, who are trying to stop the deforestation by discovering and listing rare/undiscovered species!
