Can you actually smoke oxidized DMT?
Tried recently but the first lungfull load was damn bad that I think it didnt even reached my lungs 😖
It was like my first time to puff a cigarette. Had to spew out all that precious smoke immediately. But one thing I noticed.. Even though it just less than a second... I felt that initial effect which was starting in which I totally have already forgotten Since my first experience. (Did I made sense on my last sentence? 😁Pleased
So I know the answer, if you can use oxidized dmt is a yes. In terms of the effect.
But would there be any health side effects?

Live plants. Sustainable, ethically sourced, native American owned.

Dont smoke, vaporizing is much better. GVG, or the Green Buddha, or inspirator MKII.

DMT N-oxide is theorized to turn back into DMT in the body. It is also psychoactive.

Also how did it 'oxidize',on what do you base that assumption? IME most changes are only superficial minor oxidation even if it gets darker/gooey, most DMT is still DMT.

Thanks for correcting me endlessness... Vaporize is what I meant.
Just did it few minutes ago, and you are right. It is still psychoactive.

I hope this helps new nexans to distinguish DMT n-oxide...
But still correct me if I am wrong.

This is what it was, maybe 4 or 5months ago...

Actually I am wondering as how oxidation took place since my stash is stored on those plastic caped container which is inside a steel babe ruth can, and stored inside a drawer for in which I seldom open.

Suspect is the plastic container...
Would I be right?

I was thinking of redissolving it in warm naptha like what I did before, and after the orangey brown substance rest on the bottom of the beaker. I then transfer the naptha to petri dish to freeze precipitate it.
I learned that the orangey brown substance left is jungle. Right?
I was so dumb to have always discarded it so many times.

Any suggestion on how to properly handle the jungle spice?

I store the DMT in glass Whatman jar with a desiccant packet thrown in.

Before storage, I vacuum-dry the DMT powder in a vacuum desiccator. This is probably an overkill but removing humidity and oxygen is important.

There are also vacuum storage canisters with little pump or valve - you can remove most of the air (and thus also moisture) every time you close the container.

It is also a good practice to have a big container for long term storage and use smaller containers, like centrifuge tubes, blood sample tubes or vials as frequently opened storage.

Frequency of container opening is a big factor for shelf life.
