It looks quite similar to something I've encountered. Instead of octopus tentacles it had 8 elephant trunks

I have seen octopus and Jelly fish visuals they always seem semi transparent to me and sometimes seem to convey emotion. I have seen them split apart into a myriad of small copies of themselves and sometimes they all come back together to produce a large copy. Very nice eye candy sometimes they are associated with a particular emotion. I never considered these visuals to be entities just manifestation of my mind on psychedelics. Still quite a treat to encounter.

With all the hyperspace octopus talk here at the Nexus I would expect more and more to encounter them. It all started with a meme now it has taken on a life of its own. We are making it real not only that it is evolving and growing. Our perceptions spawn the interpretations of individual reality at any given moment.

I find it interesting that there are very few snake visuals reported. Among Amazonian shamans snakes are extremely common as are jaguars.
I get snake visuals 75percent of the time but I like snakes and trip in close proximity to large reptiles all the time as they are my pets I admire there beauty and the simplicity of there primitive minds. They seem to enjoy the simple life seeking nothing if they are not hungry I was I could do the same. They appear to be free of the ego trap, as far as I can tell they have no ego.

I did once on a stong mushrooms trip..it freaked me out becasue i though it zapped me with some sort of paralyzing ray beam and I wa vibrating real fast and heard the carrier wave..it only lasted about 10 seconds..I was really vibrating and paralysed..I thought I had a seizure..it's tenticles were sort of extending out of hyperspace grabbing at me..

I had to really convince myself to eat mushroms again after that.

Awesome pic! And I've met this guy!! On Syrian Rue and fresh Hawaiian Copelandia cyanscens mushrooms...it appeared very suddenly, forming from the chaos of the fractals in my visuals...and then ectoplasmed up the wall while having a good look at me...then it spurted out fractal colours across the room trying to communicate in some way, before dissolving down this vortex in the centre of my vision...funny guy that octopus...good to know others have met him!!
