How long should I let the bark sit in the freezer for all the cell walls to break down? Also does the freezer have to be super cold to do this, or just below 32? Thanks

Bark is bone dry, freezing only works to rupture cell walls with wet plant material.Smile

Well I was assuming he meant dry Hostilis rb, outside of Oz or S.America most of us don't have access to fresh bark.On that note though, I wonder if a domestic freezer would make a dent on fresh bark? it's a good deal tougher than green plant material
