Is it a coïncidence that so many NMDA-antagonists are also acetylcholinesterase inhibitors? Options

It would be great if you could pad out this question with a few examples.

Then I might feel inspired to examine the differences between ACE inhibitors that are or are not NMDA antagonists Wink

“There is a way of manipulating matter and energy so as to produce what modern scientists call 'a field of force'. The field acts on the observer and puts him in a privileged position vis-à-vis the universe. From this position he has access to the realities which are ordinarily hidden from us by time and space, matter and energy. This is what we call the Great Work."

Interesting... my first thought was "well, what about ketamine?" But a quick google search reveals that ket is in fact an M1 blocker, and I'd guess that other disassociates share this property. Might explain the psychosis and mania some experience from these compounds.
