According to their controlled substances act, Salvia Divinorum extracts are illegal, but the so called "unaltered plant" is exempt. Does this mean plain leaf is legal? Or are they only referring to live plants?

Even if the salvia extracts are not 'legally' available, the whole plants (containing the plain leaf) remain legal. Where do you think those extracts come from? Wink Be creative and safe.
