Is the electromagnetic frequency of a sample of water a key indicator as to whether the water is healthy or not? Controversial findings suggest new ways of understanding the relation between water and life. German private water scientist Peter Gross and other researchers have made discoveries about water that they believe to be very important regarding human health, as well as all life on earth. Water that has been processed in purification plants is free of chemicals and bacteria, but show the same electromagnetic frequencies as before. The frequencies are exactly the same as those found in the removed substances, even if the water has been distilled. Hence, it is not the trace amounts of the substance itself, but rather the remaining undesirable frequencies that may damage our health, Gross says. [img:8b4403af2a]http://fusionanomaly.net/ganges.jpg[/img:8b4403af2a] WATER: The water in holy rivers, such as the Ganges, has been found to show positive electromagnetic frequencies, despite considerable contamination. Water molecules exist in groups, called clusters, which can hold different numbers of water molecules. Water can form almost infinite variations in these clusters. Once a foreign substance enters the water, its information is stored there, and the order of water molecules is changed. The new order that arises retains information from the foreign substance. A quartz clock has a frequency of 32.5 Hz. According to Gross, doctors have reported that exposure to this frequency has lead to health complaints. Quartz clocks with a frequency of 1 MHz, on the other hand, do not cause these problems. However, they are much more expensive. Certain electromagnetic frequencies found in water containing heavy metals have been found in cancerous tissue. One such frequency is 1.8 Hz. Water that comes in contact with lead, for instance, will undergo a change in its frequency, and show a new spectrum. Measurements have been made of the dirty water of the river Ganges, as well as other sources of "holy water." They have all shown an exclusively beneficial electromagnetic frequency spectrum. All the information that has once been imprinted on the water may be stored at set frequencies and communicated to other biological systems, Gross claims. The researchers can hear the language of the water, so to speak, but not yet understand it. It is similar to the way one can measure the brain activity of a person thinking or dreaming, but not tell specifically what he or she is thinking or dreaming. Peter Gross is of the opinion that chemical measurements alone can't tell whether drinking water is healthy or not. He sees water as an intelligent being of the highest order, which should be treated with respect. Mr. Gross has invented a water purification system based on the above principles. That sure is interesting Blackclo.I suggest you check out the video "Messages from Water" by the Japanese scientist Emoru emotu I think I .I most likely misspelled his name but you can find it on google video or youtube.
I tried to say no to drugs but they wouldn't listen

Yes I have seen his experiments with water a while ago, pretty amazing stuff. Here's a pretty cool interview I found regarding his experiments: The water crystal experiments carried out by Dr. Masaru Emoto in Japan were published in newspapers and have produced enthusiastic response among readers. We subsequently interviewed several people in scientific circles and invited them to talk about the significance of the experiments. Below is an interview with physicist Dr. Cheng Luojia. Reporter: In your opinion, what is the most unique thing about the water crystal experiments carried out by Mr. Emoto? Dr. Cheng Luojia: The experiment is pretty simple. It demonstrates the differing ways of water crystallization in different situations. It is rare to have an experiment that is this concise, intuitive, and easy to understand, and that in itself is a huge accomplishment. This experiment deals with an extremely immense and important subject, namely how people's minds influence matter. Not too many experiments have been done in this area. The relationship between matter and mind is a topic that has been debated for a long time. Being able to explore the relationship between the two using such a simple experiment is very meaningful. In addition, the original photographs of the experiments are enlarged 200 to 500 times. The observations have actually reached microscopic levels, that is, it is observing microscopic planes instead of points. This is rarely seen in scientific circles. I believe observation of the whole microscopic plane will bring forth a brand new world to us. I think, both in terms of its subject and its research methodology, this experiment is a new beginning in science. Reporter: The results of the water crystal experiment have been published in detail in the two-volume book Messages from Water. Which parts have impressed you most? [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water01.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Dr. Cheng: The first picture in the book is an ice image, water in the frozen stage, about to melt into water, but has not yet become water. It represents a complete drawing of the Chinese character for water! The ancient ancestors of the Chinese people perhaps already had the capability to see to the microscopic level. This picture gives me a new understanding of Chinese pictographic writing. [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water02.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water03.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Picture above: Taken after the container of water had been exposed to the written words "Love" and "thank you." Picture below: Taken after the container of water had been exposed to the written words "You are really nauseating and disgusting. I'll kill you!" When the words "Love" and "thank you" are spoken to the water sample, the water crystals form a beautiful pattern. When the water sample was exposed to harsh, destructive words, the crystal formed is in chaos and without order. The contrasting results are amazing and are a direct reflection of the influence of people's mind on matter. We used to think that people's mind intent and spirit were metaphysical. They belong to a different category from matter, but this experiment has revealed an in-depth relationship between matter and mind. Furthermore, we are also able to see that good intent positively influences matter, and bad thought patterns make matter ugly. When you speak "beautiful" to the water, its crystal becomes beautiful. When you speak "dirty" to it, its crystal really looks extremely dirty. Looking at these pictures, a mother would probably understand that more encouragement and praise would make children become more intelligent and beautiful. A harmonious family atmosphere would also contribute to healthy looking plants in the house and help keep them beautiful. The enlightenment the public might gain from this experiment should not be underestimated. Reporter: This experiment has also tested how language, image and sound affect water. What is your view about the results? [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water04.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water05.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water06.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] "Wisdom" in Japanese "Wisdom" in English "Wisdom" in German [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water07.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water08.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water09.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] "Cosmos" in Japanese "Cosmos" in English "Cosmos" in Greek [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water10.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water11.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water12.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] "Love, thanks" in Japanese "Love, thanks" in English "Love, thanks" in German Dr. Cheng: It is very interesting. Exposed to the word "Wisdom," written in Japanese, English and German, the water formed a similarly shaped crystal. Exposed to the word "Cosmos," written in Japanese, English and Greek, the water did the same, too, and likewise to "Love" and "Thanks." This indicates that it is not the individual word, the language in which it spoken or the sound vibrations that are the reason for the formation, but the inherent thought processes behind the language or meaning represented by the language that influences the water. The same meaning or the same information will produce the same effect, even though it is expressed in different languages. In this case of water, if we advance our thought a step further, that every word/thought produces a different shape, what conclusion can we draw? We can arrive at only one logical conclusion - the meaning of a word produces a shape! In other words, thoughts have shapes! Doesn't that say mind is matter? [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water13.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Water crystal after "reading" a Lotus picture Water is also very sensitive to images. After "reading" a lotus picture, a water crystal will grow unceasingly, as a lotus grows unceasingly. After "reading" a picture of a fir tree, the water will periodically change its color in the process of crystallization, as a tree undergoes changes, like its respiration process. More interesting yet is when water "reads" a picture of the sun or the word "sun," the two crystals formed are identical in shape. This indicates that an image also possesses a kind of consciousness, a kind of information. The same as a word, it represents a kind of thought, but is expressed in a different way. Every kind of shape represents a kind of spirit. An ancient adage tells us that similarity of shape is similarity of spirit. This is one reason why a painting can express the artist's thought and emotion and evoke those in the viewer. [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-1-22-water14.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Beethoven's music "Pastoral" The capability of water of listening to music is more impressive. After water "listens" to a musical composition by Bach, the shape of a water crystal looks neatly organized and clear. The shape of a water crystal looks clear and jubilant after the water "listens" to Beethoven's "Pastoral" symphony. After "listening" to a nursery rhyme, water will become clear and pure. After listening to a musical composition entitled "Forest in the dim light of night," the water crystal appears to be shrouded in the dim light of night. The dimness reflected in the crystal is not due to lack of light, but sound. Those results have shown that the sound and the shape of an object are interconnected. This really opens up a totally new world. The interconnecting relationship between the sound and the shape is an important new concept. For example, a good musical instrument must have a good shape. In ancient times, when casting a bell, an experienced worker would be able to know if the sound of bell was good or not with just a glance at the shape of the bell when it was taken out of the furnace mold. The influence of sound on shape manifested in this experiment is very vivid. Reporter: Most people are initially surprised when they see those marvelous and beautiful water crystals. They did not expect water to have so many connotations. Dr. Cheng: Actually, in Chinese tradition, people had a meticulous understanding of water. For example, in creating medicine one must chose water carefully. To make Aijiao (a Chinese traditional medicine), water from a well called Ai in a village called Ai in Shandong Province must be used. Water for boiling tea was also carefully chosen. Some tea must be made with specific spring water, some must be made with dew from lotus leaves, other tea was prepared with snow from plum blossoms; another tea was yet prepared with the water from a certain segment of a certain river. All of these do not only prove that people in ancient China were refined and cultured; they also represented in-depth knowledge of the nature of water. I once heard a story: In the countryside of China, women know a lot of simple but effective folk remedies. Among them, water is one of the most commonly used. For instance, when a child eats something not too well cooked, he or she will get a stomachache. Sometime the pain is so violent that the child rolls about on the ground. His mother will then heat a bowl of water to the point where it is just about to boil but not quite boiling yet. When the child is fed the water, the pain will be gone immediately, an instantaneous effect. Water usage among the people for different uses is numerous. An understanding of water is part of Chinese tradition from ancient times. Reporter: In the postscript of the book Messages from Water, the author raised several questions - where it comes from, where it goes, what is the purpose of existence, and others. How do you respond? Dr. Cheng: Instead of only focusing at the subject at hand, Dr. Emoto is able to jump out of the box and take on profound questions. It is an indication of his open-mindedness. Water is an essential factor in the creation of everything. To understand water also helps us to understand matter, spirit and life. Here are a few more examples from the experiments: [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-angeldevil-1.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Left: Water Crystal Exposed to Word, "Angel" Right: Water Crystal Exposed to Word, "Devil" [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-christmas_2.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-heavymetalmusic_3.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Above: Water Crystal Exposed to the Song Entitled, "Silent Night" Below: Water Crystal Exposed to Heavy Metal Music [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-flower1b_4.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-flower1_5.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Above: A Picture of Chamomile Below: Water Crystal Exposed to a Picture of Chamomile [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-flower2b_6.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-flower2_7.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Above: A Picture of Fennel Below: Water Crystal Exposed to a Picture of Fennel [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-water_c1-10.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] [img:9b3b9f690d]http://www.pureinsight.org/pi/pi_images/2003-2-3-water_c2-11.jpg[/img:9b3b9f690d] Above: Water from Kobe, Japan after the Earthquake Below: Water after Exposed to Kind Thoughts

Glad you guys found it interesting. Smile Sillysyban I found this info from a few google searches on Emoto Water. Here's an even better link to more pictures of these experiments: https://www.hado.net/watercrystals/index.php I've also seen What the Bleep and found it to be a very cool movie, showing just how closely mind and matter are tied. The mind it seems is a new and fascinating frontier in exploration and I think these experiments are really showing people how thoughts can shape the environment around them, pretty amazing really!

I know this is an old thread but I have one idea which has still not been expressed here.

Emoto's research is truly insightful. Inspired by it I came up with an idea about its connection with DMT.

As you all probably know the Sacred Spice is also sometimes called a Water Spirit. I think its special connection (some kind of energetic, not necessarily molecular) with water may have a deeper implication. What if the Spirit Molecule has similar reaction to one's thoughts and intentions? What if it makes its crystal bonds according to what kind of thought energy the extractor sends to it while it's forming its crystaline structure?

Practically all existing extraction methods require DMT's solidification or crystalization. So may it be that not only one's set and setting and some other factors determine the quality and contents of one's trip, but also extractor's emotions, thoughts and energy which is consciously or subconsciously sent to the Spice during its extraction?

I guess nobody will ever know for sure, but I believe it's an interesing idea worth some attention.

Well, from what I have read it is quite an accepted factor in the quality of an ayahuasca brew amongst experienced brewers... that the intention of the brewer is as important as the ingredients and method used, in determining the quality of the experience. I dont see why it should be any different when performing an extraction.
balaganist is a fictional character who loves playing the game of infinite existence. he amuses himself by posting stories about his made up life in our plane of physical reality. his origins are in other dimensions... he merely comes here to play.

All this water crystal stuff is pseudoscientific nonsense. Your mind can't make an extraction better or worse. Water is not an intelligent life form. Water is water. It can dissolve many substances. It has interesting properties that are a result of its chemical nature thats it.

What the bleep do we know is a horrible movie that does a great injustice to physics and does nothing but confuse the general public even more into believing more pseudoscientific nonsense. Our world needs real science not fake science dressed up as spirituality.

That guy who makes those water crystals is such a joker. I'd like to see him get those results reproducibily. And also of course water that has more ions and substances dissolved in it, which in his words is more "impure" won't crystalize the same. Its so stupid.

Well, interesting point of view, too. However, I think it is quite typical for a human being to believe or want to believe in something incomprehensible by our mind. I don't see lots of harm in that. Thousands of years earlier people believed in gods of sun, planets etc. For a few recent thousand years lots of them believed in a sole god. And I don't think everyone would just stop believing something. They will continue doing so. The only important thing is a choice of what to believe. Someone may believe in a god or in science or in themselves and this is ok. It is these so called spiritual institutions that tend to do harm if any, not the belief itself (there are exceptions). Nowadays (pseudo)science becomes a new 'religion'.

I agree that real scientists may see people such as Emoto as jokers. However, why not leave some space for people's beliefs. His 'discovery' tells to those who want to believe to love and show positive emotions, not hate or similar. And as long as it stays so I'd say its worth looking into and showing to others.

There are many attempts to bring peace and positive emotions to this world, why not just let them happen and let people believe. So they can think "aha, if water reacts to love, then I should show more love in my life, too" or smth. I see nothing so stupid in this. If you think that only true unbiased science can bring positive changes to the worlds, then think again about all these atomic bombs and stuff that science creates.

Yes, scientists usually just do their job and create technology which can be used for good as well as for bad purposes. However, politics and other people in power BELIEVE. They believe that their nation is somehow favoured, they may believe that our world needs war, they believe that only their country deserves most of worlds resources and so forth. So then why not believe in something more positive if there is a choice.

I personally think it is a lot better to believe in such 'non-sense' as this water crystal stuff and alike than to belong to any common religion or sect or try to make the world better by sweeping all other nations off the ground. THIS seems to be real non-sense to me.

Yes well there are serious problems in the world and dreaming them away won't solve much besides selling some books with some pretty pictures. That's my objection to this entire transcendental meditation movement that was promoted by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and now many others. I think its dangerous if large numbers of people are convinced that all they need to do to bring peace and harmony to the world is to meditate away all the worlds negativity. Now of course if everyone was peaceful and relaxed we wouldn't have war but too expect war and violence to end because you sit around meditating while people in the city next to you are killing each other isn't very practical. If you want to help end war you have to work towards helping the situation that causes the war or the violence or the crime. That takes work not personal meditation. If personal meditation helps you stay focused and better able to do your job thats great or make you happy great but don't expect it to solve the worlds problems because it won't. People need to work hard to change the world and end some of the bloodshed that plagues it.

People who engage in science are actively trying to solve these problems. Mr Emoto is just sitting around meditating and taking pictures of water. What is that solving? Its art not science which is fine but call it what it is, art. Science will help solve resource problems food shortages disease all that. But its up to people to use science correctly. To use science correctly people need to understand what science is saying. If you believe these concepts that are almost baseless you can't understand how real science is working only selectively choosing things that fit into your world view. I don't see that as a positive mechanism to solve the worlds problems. I am all for peace on this earth but we aren't going to get it while people are starving or being persecuted all over the world. We aren't going to solve food shortages or persecution with sitting around and focusing intent on it.

Right, you have made a very good point about the necessity of balance between meditation or some other spiritual practice and real hard work. This balance is greatly altered nowadays.

The main problem I see, however, is not the one of people advancing their spiritual techniques and doing nothing to make real difference. These are still in the minority. Today the major issue is with people doing seemingly lots of work (and/or making great decisions) on the earthly plane but never bothering to think about it deeply or meditate on it.

Anyway, I fully agree with your remark on the subject. The modern society is in great lack of such understanding. I do try to find the balance myself, however, it's not always so easy as it seems. And although I don't accuse the whole current society of being in the state it is now, it still makes a huge impact on the stability of its members including myself.

On the other hand, keeping an open mind is important as never before. The 'discoveries' such as the former one of water crystals may lead to even more profound ones from the real and practical areas of science while trying to approve or disprove the aforementioned theory and may others.

Yes I am open to anyone who has a claim but my problem is I see a major flaw in the methodology of Mr. Emoto. How long does it take before he gets the picture of the crystal that he wants? Showing that water with different stuff dissolved in it crystallizes a bit differently is not impressive either. Water freezes and boils at different temperatures depending on whats dissolved in it. That seems like it would have an effect on crystallization. But just focusing intent or negative or positive words towards water and claiming it effects the crystallization I simply just don't believe. I bet he took hours and hours of searching for the right crystal to prove his point. I highly doubt he has unbiased reproducible results.

There is also a guy out there who claims that different water crystal shapes can be formed when they are exposed to sounds. Its just one guy though. Its not the kind of thing that would escape the school text books of even the 70's. If water really did stuff like that it would of been common knowledge for decades now. Its not like cameras, water, telescopes and stuff are brand new. There is also someone who put electromagnetic sensors on plants and claimed they have mini heart attacks when he imagined lighting them on fire.
