- St.John's Wort (tablets you buy are weak, but if you make tea from the fresh flower, and use lots of it, it is extremely extremely strong)

That's what i thought at first but once you give it a little while by itself then it really helps sleep disruptions. I am talking in the 2-10 gram extract range. P.s>
