Dear Nexus,

Simple request;

I'm wondering if any of you would be in a position to comment on the general acceptance of psychedelics in CZ, and whether underground/aboveground communities presently are florishing there.

Or going broader, which EU countries, in your experience, could make a good homebase for someone interested in having a magic garden, without being bothered by overly sensitive authorities? I know of a few but I'll hold back commenting until/if the thread gets some traction.
This is the time to really find out who you are and enjoy every moment you have. Take advantage of it.

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

Hi Nex,
Europe is full of Psychadelics. There is a huge following at festivals etc.
DMT will be much harder to find, as there is probably not a huge culture for it I hope. Smile
It Really is not a recreational substance. Find a nice adult DMT plant at any nursary. Live anywhere in the world and grow old with your plants Very happy
Oh yes, DMT making, buying/selling, possessing ANY is illegal everywhere. Technically it is even illegal to own plants or products containing DMT. They dont want you to do DMT. It is Class A and carries Heavy prison penelties.
Stay away from it. Smile
Europe is too full of people...... Go live on a big warm island somewhere......with lots of Acacias
Regards G

Sorry, but that's not true. Read the "UN Convention on Psychotropic Substances". Plants/fungi containing psychotropic substances are not illegal themselves. But unfortunately, some countries made additional laws, and banned psilocybin mushrooms, for example. Same did not happen to DMT containing plants to majority of EU countries, except France, where ayahuasca has been made illegal recently.

So, DMT containing plants are still legal in most of EU. Extracting DMT from them isn't.

You can keep P. viridis in your house as a decorational plant, and no one will bat an eye.

Czech republic has for all intents and purposes decriminalized all substances, in short Portugal and Czech republic does not care what you got in your house as long as you do your cultivation below industrial scale.

The police does not care what you carry as long as it is for personal use.

In Northern Europe on the other hand they will do you over properly.
