i have one of these(over 20 feet tall) in my front yard. has huge spikes on the trunk as if it was protecting something.

does this tree contain DMT?

if so, where?

After a quick search, i do believe you may be on to something here.. Wiki says;
Ceiba speciosa's also known as palo borracho, in Spanish literally "drunken stick"
Ceiba speciosa is added to some versions of the hallucinogenic drink Ayahuasca.
It is a popular ornamental tree, and they are really beautiful! wish i had some!
