Sure, you´re a dreamer, but not the only one. Very happy
The focus is on the eco village, but also expand to it´s vicinity.
Once the village is running, the efforts concentrates in reforestation, as you described in the other topic.

I always thought that running water, and toilet paper were two of the greatest things for human evolution.
