I just got my pharmahuasca shipment today!! I wanna know if it´d be safe for me to take it 24 hours from now, even though I have eaten a few sweets today.

I ate about 3 chocolate chip cookies, a lot of peanut butter, bread, and milk, and some fish with veggies. . .

is it safe if have the experience the next night?

Also, last time I had the experience it was a really positive one, but I had eaten only fruits and veggies the day before, and then fasted for 12 hours before taking the pharma.

Would it be sufficient to just fast for 12 hours before regardles of what I ate today?

Also, I´ve been taking apple cider vinegar, green tea extract, kelp, msm, and ginko bilboa.
