What music do you listen to when you go on your journey? Do you change music with the effects? Do you find certain songs/bands to have a better effect on your trip? Do you have a specific playlist?

Good quality Syrian rue (Peganum harmala) for an incredible price!

I started with music as I'm sure lots do. But found it kept me to grounded and from going any further so I soon stopped. Yes it can definitely have an effect on the experience and found it to be a great way to become more accustomed to it.

I generally didn't like music too much, but at the same time found comfort in listening to music I already knew.

This was the kind of music I started with but soon stopped altogether.

There is this chill out music radio station on my cable that transmits a nice mix of electronic and conventional tunes. I prefer that
.
Tried classical music once , but thats way to emotionally loaded for travveling IME.

Also the ambient stuff of aphex twin and alikes is ok for me.

Carbon Based Lifeforms. Just listening to this track makes my heart beat faster due to the association with spice. I tend to not listen to music with a hard beat or a beat at all for that matter.

Hey Tree_Spiral, Big grin

I personally am I big fan of mixing it up. Music is definitely a fun variable to play around with Smile

For instance, sometimes I feel adventurous and will play some hi-energy music to really get me going. Just have fun with it and appreciate the degree of sensation associated with different music Very happy

https://soundcloud.com/y...6/last-samurai-190bpm-44 this is what i'm feeling today. The title 'last samurai' seems appropriate Big grin

Indigo, Smile

Bluetech, shulman, entheogenic, and vibrasphere make for good journeying music.

Anything with a fluidic sounds, running water, drippity drop sounds, stuff like that gets pretty crazy with the lower dose range.

I saw OTT, Entheogenic, and Vibrasphere (Robert played a set) at S.U.N. festival in hungary last month. I smelt DMT LOADS during those sets. I can say that was probably one of the best weeks of my life. The spirit of that place was like nothing I've ever felt before. Not a bad bone in anyones body.

I've listened to this song for over 95% of my hyperspace journeys. I think it perfectly captures the essence of the other realm and it's not so intrusive that it distracts from the trip. It's also the perfect length at 14 minutes. I couldn't imagine hyperspace without it, to be honest.

White Rainbow - Keyboard Study No. 1 for Essence of Pizza

That artist has some other great psychedelic/ambient music (especially the New Clouds album). Highly recommended!

Nice, I like that.

I enjoy this one but it can be one of those things I need to be in the mood for, spacey music can't go wrong with me. Haven't tried the Tron soundtrack yetBig grin

I have had some amazing trips while listening to jonathan goldman, its essential you have a good pair of headphones though.

I sometimes listen to music on smaller doses. But become quite suggestible when lyrics are involved. While listening to the song that i have listed, once the harmonising chorus came on, i was forced to leap up and dance around my garden in the waning moonlight. It was wonderful.

I don't necessarily find any correlation between what sounds are around/where I (physically at-least) am and where DMT takes me once a certain threshold is crossed. But I do enjoy a little Shpongle while getting Shpongled Razz. They have a nice mix of techno without being too harsh to make me want to turn the music off.
