If you were boiling a vinegar mix and kept adding water to it would all the vinegar eventually evaporate out? Wanting dmt acetate in water without vinegar.

I don't think so. The only thing that's evaporating is the water because acetate ions (basically vinegar) aren't volatile, so you wouldn't be changing the solution contents if you kept adding water.
