I recently heard about the plant known as ayahuasca. I must say it really intrigues me. I would like to point out that I know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about various herbs, the proper weights to use, what to mix with what, and how to get the most out my first time. It's all very alien to me. To simplify it, I really just don't even know where to start.

I recently heard that a less messy way would be to go with capsules. And that's really the way I'm leaning towards. But I'm not sure what and how much to put into the capsules. So what would be a good list of ingredients to put into a capsule for a first timer? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I strongly suggest that you do a lot of research before you decide to embark on a journey on your own, as this can be a potentially dangerous undertaking. So please don´t look into recipe/dosage questions only, but do a thorough study on diet (important!), set and setting etc...

Have you also considered drinking Ayahuasca in a circle / with a proper shaman?
Do you have some previous experience with other psychedelics/entheogens?
