idk what the title is it was about religion and dmt use and such stuff that some people can legally palnt and use these natural substances because they are part of a religious group

Correct, this only applies in the United States because NAC spiritual practices are specifically protected under the US Constitution. I know of no similar legal protections in European law unfortunately.
