Hi P, if I were you I might do a small extraction on each of the materials, bark, twigs and leaves. Also, I have had bark left for over a year produce almost the same as when it was new. I have never found much dmt with phyllodes. Its also much easier to grind when its dry. 100 gms of each will take you a fair while, and keep you busy, that way you'll know.
You might also be able to report your findings. What type of tek, A/B ? Done the research ?
I hope you find some DMT. How did you identify the plant ?
