Just wanted to give you guys the trip report from around 24 hrs ago. I had smoked dmt a few times before, but this was definitely the most intense. Other times I had mostly just seen the patterns. I am still not sure if this is a break through or not, maybe half way through

To give a little background, the day before I smoak'd I heard a dharma talk about wise speech (It is spoken at the right time. It is spoken in truth. It is spoken affectionately. It is spoken beneficially. It is spoken with a mind of good-will) and right before I fired up the pipe, I had moved an acid bark mix from the double boiler to my crock pot. So, I'd been thinking about the talk as well as being involved in the process of doing extraction (mixing things, if you will).

Anyway, I put on a cyriak video (the one with the spiders) and started toking, before long I started having wild OEVs so I leaned back and shut my eyes... wow, it's still getting more intense, with the sounds buzzing and the most incredible kaleidoscopic patterns swirling by. It was really tough to process what was happening let alone comprehend. I had to just lay back and chill out for a second and sense into my body & relax. At that point I saw there were words in the patterns! Wow! The font was too small to read and it was going by so fast. But somehow, I realized that my own thoughts were what was creating the "words". double WOW! Then all of a sudden it dawned on me - it was like a synthesis between the dharma talk & the extraction process - that all of our thoughts, words, and actions contribute to a "mix" of their own, in reality, and everything one thinks, says or does adds to this mix - and that is why it is so important to act from the heart. More things happened but I was mostly just elated from having this small epiphany that I rode a wave of euphoria til I started feeling it wear off. I opened my eyes and only about 5 minutes passed... wow.

Having just re-read that, I see it does not do any justice to the experience, but I felt it necessary to share with others, to help process it for myself.

Thank you to all members for creating such a fine environment for learning and sharing Very happy

Yeah. That happens to me too with my reports. You can rarely share that element that you so wish to impart to everyone else.

Yeah! I'm wanting to go back in again, but not sure how long it's best to wait in between sessions like this.

With Acid you feel drained the next day and not much desire to do it again at all... same with MDMA and other things. Shrooms slight less so, but still the same. With DMT it seems clean and pure... no "hang over" at all. Does that mean it's more ok (from a biological perspective) to do it more frequently than other more synthetic things?

I had created another post to discuss it but nobody has replied at all...
