hello nexus crew
sorry for asking this question in this underforum i cant in any correct one..im in peru and this computer doesnt work very good and is very slow

my question:

how is the legal status of mushrooms in peru?

im on travel trough the country working with plants and was giftet with mushrooms from a kind soul.
to be sure i ask you this question now.
i didnt find anything with googling because if you start one site you can go eating and come back and then the site has startet.

I dont think anyones gonna be bothering about you with shrooms, and they are probably more of a hippy or travellers thing than something most locals would know about or even care about. I just got back from Iquitos and the hippies there were trying to sell me all kinds of overpriced junk including shrooms. It made me laugh because theres Ayahuasca and Cacti everywhere, and theyre both legal to use, dirt cheap, and respected medicines.....

Just dont try travelling on aeroplanes with shrooms or crossing borders, thats all id say.
