Hello all, sorry to post this in here but I can't post this in the appropriate forum yet.

Anyway since the layout rearrangement about a week ago I've noticed some problems with the search function. For example search for "dcm xylene" in the "Posts" option and leave everything else as default (Match all words). The results will be a bit random, I've tried it 3 times and all the times it has come with different results and none of the posts or thread that the post belongs to contains either DCM or XYLENE.

I'm sure somebody else is experiencing this problems, probably something got messed up with the changes?

Hi ymer, a lot of people search the nexus via google. Just add dmt nexus to your search query in google. You might get better results that way.

Thanks for the advice, but I'm pretty sure that the function worked great a few weeks ago. Are you getting weird results as well?

Tbh honest i don't use the nexus search function

the search function can be difficult to use effectively.

google is my preferred method as well.

you can limit google searches to a website, but normally just including "dmt-nexus" as a search term can get you what you want.

the search can be great for certain things, but generally i find google works really well for searching the nexus
