all of the recipes i've read get kind of vague after the first straining. going off of the basic 2 pot method can you guys help me clear some things up? so it's: strain, continuously simmer 2nd pot of strained liquids (for full 9hrs) whilst adding some water/vinegar to the first pot of strained plant matter every time (3 times) the plant matter is strained. is that correct? 100g caapi, 50g viridis btw, any suggestions on water/vinegar amounts? Thank you
