In the new Simpsons Movie, a shaman gives homer a brew and he drinks it, his head swells up with light, and he is rocketed out of his body and has an epiphanous, cartoonish DMT experience. Afterward he wakes up on the ground of the shaman's tent. It doesn't say what it is, but its effects scream ayahuasca. Gotta love the simpsons.

Yeah I also assumed it was supposed to be Ayahuasca. I think it even had the same red color Smile And the trip was all about Homer having a realization and become wiser out of it.

DMTripper is a fictional character therefore everything he says here must be fiction.
I mean, who really believes there is such a place as Hyperspace!!

Yeah I just saw the movie and it would appear to be ayahuasca, exept there is no such thing up in Alaska.
I tried to say no to drugs but they wouldn't listen

is this good or bad? It probably means that more and more people are aware about aya and dmt. And that's pretty nice. But the more and more people are aware about this stuff, the more and more we are getting closer to the day were the task of obtaining spice containing plants will be almost impossible outside of the places that they naturally grow. So is it a good or a bad thing to see aya in the mainstream? I'd be tempted to say yes but i dont know. Confused I wouldnt be so suprised to see a USA law bill that bans ALOT of ethnobotanicals on the same big shit list. I think that in France there already is a law shaped like this. humm Confused http://www.legifrance.go...f?numjo=SANP0521544A%20# here is a link from wiki about the subject. This is so ugly, Santo Daime go in court and win for the use of these plants, but four months after they won, a law comes into life that bans almost everything under the sun containing dmt/MAOI beside our very own brains. This is ( to my eyes at least ) the worst kind of reactionary low-life politic ever.
