Hi, as the topic says i'm from iceland and i cant get my hands on Naphtha or Shellite.. And i was wondering if someone here could help my ? I know that i can use Zippo, but it's waaay to expensive. I'd have to buy 64 of those 125 ml cans.
Does anyone here know about anything else i can use ?

Sæll vertu! Ég er nokkuð viss um að þetta sé það. Þú getur líka bara gert þér ferð upp í Ellingsen og lesið á pakningarnar. Það ætti að standa Naptha petroleum eða eitthvað álíka. Gangi þér vel.

you can use sunflower oil, and then salt the solvent with acetic acid and water(vinegar) Long live the unwoke.

hi dude i'm also based in iceland, also curious about naphta.. my preferred extraction method also involves lye, i also wonder if i could find that here? but my main question is what plant are you using?? i have very little knowledge of the icelandic plants.. help a brother out??

Does anyone here know about anything else i can use ? That Coleman fuel is good. But I have one question for you. Why do you need 8 liters of the stuff??? Are you extracting a ton of plant material or what's up? โโโโโโ

Coleman fuel is excellent. I myself have been using Q21Q21's Tek using MHRB as plant material. The Acacia species also seem to be growing in popularity since MHRB is hard to find in some parts of the world these days.
