I've only done three Noman's Tek MHRB extractions. The first I completely screwed up, the second I neglected to recrystallize, and the third I finally figured out what to do. I was eager to get started on another extraction but I'm out of MHRB, as is every online source I know of because of the raid/customs issues.
What plant is the best MHRB alternative for a beginner such as myself? I was looking at some acacias but people seem to have mixed results with many of them so I'd much rather hear from personal experience. I normally wouldn't make a thread like this but I really have no idea where to go from here. I love chemistry and want to keep at it. Thanks.

Nah. I just heard it contains a lot of dmt and that it would have to go through the defattening process. Marisfold tek perhaps. The theory of drugs being dangerous and lethal developed a hole when Keith Richards was born.

From what I understand Desmanthus illinoensis is very variable in alkaloid content. Rumor around the rabbit hole has it that Desmanthus leptolobus is much more consistent. The fact is however, neither of these plants are very well studied; all the info we have is outdated literature and internet rumors. We do need people studying these sources, but doing so safely and properly analyzing the final product before attempting any form of ingestion. In response to the OP: There are many other sources, and before looking into wild ones like Desmanthus it's probably a better idea to work with the plants that are known to work well; such as the acacias, as you already mentioned. At least till we get the kinks worked out with and analyze the safety of the wild and lesser known ones. There's plenty of information on alternative plant sources here on the forum. This thread should help get you started: https://www.dmt-nexus.me...&m=395882#post395882

Confusa will most likely result in roughly 50% DMT and 50% NMT resulting in a gooey substance that may or may not crystalize. I do not know where you'd go from here, but would work alright for some changa mix. The Warriorβs Prayer "I am what I am. In having faith in the beauty within me I develop trust. In softness I have strength. In silence I walk with the gods. In peace I understand myself and the world. In conflict I walk away. In detachment I am free. In respecting all living things I respect myself. In dedication I honour the courage within me. In eternity I have compassion for the nature of all things. In love I unconditionally accept the evolution of others. In freedom I have power. In my individuality I express the God-Force within me. In service I give of what I have become. I am what I am: Eternal, immortal, universal, and infinite. And so be it"

I didn't take into account what WarriorSage said about NMT in the final product and I don't want to make changa so I'll just keep looking around.
