I would just like to hear some thoughts over the method I go through extraction and any tips that might improve the process would be greatly appreciated. It is Nomans TEK I just would like someone to check over the process.

I start off with distilled water 750mL and add 30g of lye and 30g of pre-powdered root bark in a mason jar. After a bit movement I let that sit for about two hours then add 15mL of naphtha. I put the jars in a hot bath and swirl them about once every twenty minutes after an hour I siphon out the naphtha into a 1000mL separatory funnel. After that I get 30mL of distilled water and add a very small amount of sodium carbonate, then I pour it into the separatory funnel with the naphtha and mix it well, immediately after the liquids separate I drain out the water and add 30mL of distilled water, drain and repeat once more with 30 mL distilled water. Then I drain the naphtha into a jar and allow enough time to freeze precipitate, after a few days I pour the naphtha and frozen goodness through a coffee filter. I clean off the remaining goodness with a glass stir rod and coffee filters.
