So my friends found a 500g bag of MHRB thats been sitting round for a few months and plans to try this tomorrow, please correct any mistakes or help her improve it and help out with quantities.
She plans to try and extract a decent amount of the purest crystals she can in a short amount of time, its purely for personal use for the short term. She's a fairly good chemist and has good equipment.

Make about 2L of ph4 water using HCL and Distilled water, keep it simmering.

Add about 750ml of acidic water to 250g powdered root bark (not sure whats the minimum she could use) and stir while hot for 15 mins.
Vaccuum filter the mixture then add what plant matter remains to another acid cook for 15 mins, vacuum filter this also.

she has equipment big enough for large volumes but if needed she can reduce it down.

She will transfer to a sep funnel and perform three naphtha extractions for defatting 200ml each.

Add sodium hydroxide (lye) solution to the acid extract in the sep funnel until pH 12

(not sure how much naphtha is needed per pull, She'll probably have about 2L of solution by this point)Then 3 naphtha extractions of 200ml each?

Perform 3 distilled water washes, first one with sodium carbonate.

For evaporation she plans to evap the naphtha under vacuum an a round bottom flask until any crystals form so its saturated, then heat up to dissolve and freeze pecipitate and vacuum filter the naphtha, washing the crystals on the filter with more freezing cold clean naphtha.

Does this look ok?

hey, I edited your post for you to say you are extracting crystal and not making it. Making it implies that you are synthesizing the DMT, when you clearly are extracting. In the news lately every time someone gets busted for mimosa there is some big headline about people making DMT, or making drugs etc..so I think it is important that we word these things correctly here.

considering the fact that mimosa is getting very hard to come by, i'd reconsider that stance against yield... purity & yield do not have to exist independent of each other...

This is most true. I am fairly new to this game and I can attest that rushing the process ended in failure for me. You should try your tek on a small amount of your MHRB first to see that it works given that supplies are hard to come by.

Seriously, please take your time here. Both in the extraction phase and launching. What is the rush? You going to die soon?

It's worth taking the time to do it right. Please do attend to safety no matter how you extract.

By the way, your extraction tek sounds very complex. I'd suggest the KIS - keep it simple principle if you want it to work fast.
