Thanks guys, it was a great experience! I was nervous at first but then things were flowing well. I think we got our message across, and already got good feedback from people that liked our general attitude and were willing to join and collaborate Id say it was a success, and one more important step in Nexus development and expansion. Video of the talks should be available online at some point and we can link here but it might take a while. Anyways, see you all on the next one

Was at that talk, you were really good! Just got home to the UK and joined this forum because of it. Was just looking over my notes from your lecture as well. proper interesting. Good work by the way, was very impressed! The whole conference was awesome too. Met so many sound people

Additionally - has anyone seen any media coverage surrounding the conference? I'm quite intrigued to see what their perspective/reporting has been like but i can't seem to find anything on it.

Great job Nexus Unfortunately my trip to Napoli clashed with this years conference (mad crazy city by the way, well worth visiting). Next time (2014 maybe?) I shall most definitely be there. I have been interested for a while in Jordi Riba and his team's research, very very interesting and he has a great team. Great job endlessness, and great transatlantic collaboration with Snozzleberry, it is truly a great step for the Nexus. Conferences like these help get our message across, and lets people know that it's a serious message with scientific integrity. I was also there, I think the talk by endlessness were one of the most appreciated even by my friends who were not familiar with nexus Good event! So many bright beautiful souls <3 doing such important work despite prejudice. Did anyone else take a ride in the lucia lamp? I only did the 2 and 5 min programs and while it did indeed create some kind of visuals and sometimes felt it was ripping at the fabric of consensus reality, I didn't really get anything out of it but are interested to hear if anyone had a worthy experience since I read good things about this device.

Havn't tried this lamp but I used to make and sell/display The Dreamachine by Brion Gysin when I was in my young LSD days. http://briongysin.com/?category_name=dreamachineThe concept is the same....they work well but are not a patch on our beloved molecule... I'd really like to go to this this year. My best friend got her Masters in Psychedelic Studies and volunteered last year, but I wasn't able to go with her then. I'm pretty sure she's working it again, so hopefully I'll be able to make it up there with her this time.

Cheers guys, it's great to read all this positive feedback. I was positively surprised to read that endlessness' lecture was appreciated by many of the conference attendants. Great job on that! Regarding media attention: two articles have been published in national newspapers (for the Dutchies out here: Volkskrant on Oct 6 and Parool, Oct 13) in the science part, which is excellent news. Also, on October 18 there will be a radio broadcast, interviewing Dr. Kortekaas. And perhaps most interestingly, Labyrint - a popular-science tv program - will air a half hour long episode on psychedelic research on December 19th, having shot at ICPR 2012 and having interviewed several speakers. So, there's that.
